Rooted in traditional teachings, the program invites you to connect with the depth of yoga and meditation through authenticity and personal growth.

Essential training details

This is a full immersion in Yoga, Meditation, and Personal Growth. The program runs for 6 months, with start dates coming soon. The format is designed to fit into everyday life: one weekend per month, arriving on Fridays at 19:00 and leaving on Sundays at 13:30. Places are limited to ensure small groups and a close, personal approach.

Participant profile: This training is intended for yoga teachers with a minimum 200-hour qualification who have successfully completed a personal selection interview.

At the end of the program, you will receive a 200-hour certificate endorsed by Europea Yoga Alliance and the Spanish Association of Yoga for Living (AYPV), valid for Yoga Alliance YACEP.

The sacred space of your training

The entire journey takes place at Ashram de Yoga Vida, an idyllic setting in the Sierra Norte of Seville, near El Ronquillo, just 30 minutes from the city center. Surrounded by nature, the environment supports your wellbeing throughout the training.

Investment and conditions

Total price per person: 1,700€

This amount is divided into an initial registration fee of 200€ and a monthly payment of 250€ over the 6 months of the program.

Specialist teachers

The retreat is led by Israel Solís, director of Centro de Yoga Vida and president of AYPV. An active member of Yoga Alliance and Europea Yoga Alliance, Israel has been teaching since 2003 and brings extensive professional experience.

1) Objectives and participants

This training is suitable for all levels, regardless of flexibility or years of practice. It is designed both for those who wish to teach professionally and for those who simply want to explore the roots of Traditional Yoga more deeply.

3) Complete syllabus

Each module combines theory with extensive practice:

• Foundations for meditation.
• Pranayama (energizing, relaxing, balancing, and cleansing).
• In-depth study of asanas (alignment, correction, and advanced postures).
• Kundalini Yoga (kriyas, meditations, and mantras).
• Sound and mantras (instruments, gongs, and singing bowls).
• Restorative Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga (sequencing and transitions).
• Chair Yoga and Partner Yoga.
• Yogic numerology and yogic healing.
• Group management and class facilitation.

4) Daily schedule

Training runs from Friday at 19:00 to Sunday at 13:30. The daily rhythm includes morning meditation, mantras, yoga classes, theory, intensive practice, rest, and postural adjustment sessions, ending with dinners and study.

5) Your professional certification

You will receive a 200-hour Instructor of Yoga and Meditation certificate endorsed by the EUROPEAN YOGA ALLIANCE and AYPV. This qualification authorizes you to teach anywhere in the world and meets the requirements for official certification in the Spanish Autonomous Communities, ensuring the legal validity of your qualification.

6) Admission requirements

To qualify for the certificate, you need a minimum 200-hour training background, at least one year of practice, and successful completion of a personal interview.
