Under the warm Puglian sun, surrounded by olive groves and beaches touched by light, life naturally softens. Citrus and wildflowers drift on the breeze, and the pace of the day begins to reflect the land itself: simple, grounded, and deeply restorative.
Spend a week in the care of Alison & David Quinlan, founders of Namaste House, in a sanctuary shaped by movement, music, and quiet presence. This is an invitation to release what no longer supports you, and to open space for healing, renewal, and clarity. More than a holiday, it is a journey of the heart.
Held by the earth, the sun, and the ancient rhythms of southern Italy, this retreat offers a nourishing pause from everyday life. It is designed to restore the body, expand the spirit, and bring the breath back into balance. You may return home feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
