David is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and continues to study within the Iyengar system, which remains his true passion. He is dedicated to helping each person find a practice that suits their body and supports their best possible alignment. The therapeutic quality of this style has also helped him deepen both his personal practice and teaching. In addition, David is a qualified Pilates instructor and regularly expands his knowledge through workshops and intensive trainings in Europe and India. He is a regular guest teacher with YogaMea in Italy, where yoga and a great plate of pasta make the perfect pairing.
