Led by Pablo Ferrero, Director of the renowned Matrika Yoga School, and supported by a specialized therapeutic team, this program blends ancient wisdom with modern wellness techniques. Designed for those seeking holistic health, the retreat takes place over three intensive nights from March 25 to 28, or as a complete stay from March 22 to 28, 2027.

What will you learn?

Beyond physical practice, this retreat guides you through a holistic methodology that integrates:

• Multifaceted Yoga: We will explore styles such as Iyengar, Hatha, Tantra, and practices tailored to each constitution or dosha: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We will also address key topics including anxiety, digestion, and restorative yoga.
• Mental Depth: Through meditation, pranayama (conscious breathing), and yoga nidra, we will cultivate clarity and self-awareness.
• Health Architecture: Daily theory sessions on the three doshas, circadian rhythms, nutrition, and the use of herbs.
• Energetic Healing: A Temazcal session (ancestral steam bath) to balance the doshas, ideal for purifying body and mind.

A setting of silence and nature

The Tiétar Valley is a refuge of complete silence, surrounded by forests and inspiring landscapes. During 48 hours of conscious silence, you will leave stress behind and listen to your inner voice. The diet will be strictly sattvic (pure and vegetarian), adapted to any allergy or intolerance, and your stay includes a 60-minute ayurveda massage.
