For us, yoga and dance are far more than classes or poses. They are a lifestyle, a practice of self-expression, and a way to connect more deeply with body, mind, and soul. Roby is a certified yoga and dance teacher and lifestyle practitioner with many years of experience, bringing a genuine passion for movement, yoga culture, and philosophy shaped by her own spiritual journey.

What to expect

Are you ready to connect with your inner child, refine your alignment and balance, and awaken your body, mind, and soul? During this retreat, you will practice yoga, dance, and breathwork while exploring a deeper sense of presence and self-awareness.

Weekly schedule

Classes take place from Monday to Friday. Across the week, you will enjoy three energizing morning yoga sessions to prepare you for the day ahead, along with five belly dance classes after breakfast. These dance sessions are designed to help you connect with your body and express your inner femininity.

After the morning practice, the program continues with inspiring afternoon excursions, including visits to the hammam, the souk, and other activities listed in the schedule. The full week is created to offer a holistic experience that supports a deeper connection with your body, mind, and soul.

Free time and tours

This retreat also gives you space to rest, discover, and enjoy meaningful moments. In your free time, you can connect with fellow yogis, sip herbal tea in the garden, or relax on the beach and follow whatever your heart desires.

Throughout the week, you will also experience a rich multicultural setting through daily tours and spa-related activities, including:

Designed with care and love, this retreat is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students, and no previous experience is required. Depending on the teacher, you may practice Hatha, Vinyasa, or Nidra yoga, while also learning more about yoga and oriental dance philosophy.
