Yin & Lydhealing
Description
Workshop with Martin Delfs
This workshop is rooted in the restorative power of combining Yin yoga, hands-on assists, and sound healing. Over 150 minutes, participants are invited into a calm, supportive space designed to nurture stillness, healing, and presence.
With a gentle blend of mindfulness and humor, you’ll be guided through Yin yoga’s slow, deeply held postures, allowing the nervous system to soften and settle. Throughout the session, supportive hands-on assists and sound healing help deepen each shape while encouraging greater ease, spaciousness, and mobility in both body and mind.
For a while, the focus shifts away from the outside world and toward your inner landscape, creating space to reconnect with your highest qualities. Open to everyone, this workshop offers a beautiful opportunity for self-care, restoration, and a little well-deserved indulgence.
