WORKSHOP: Unlock your range: Lower body mobility

Join Elodie for a playful 2-hour, open-level workshop designed to help your lower body feel spacious, supported, and strong. Through a thoughtful mix of mobility work, mindful movement, and guided exploration, you’ll be invited to notice how your hips, legs, and feet can move with greater ease and stability.

This session offers a welcoming space to slow down, tune in, and build a better connection to your body. Whether you’re looking to improve everyday movement, support your practice, or simply feel less restricted, you can expect a balanced approach that encourages both freedom and control. Elodie will guide you through accessible exercises that help unlock range while keeping the experience light, engaging, and supportive.

Open to all levels, this workshop is a chance to leave feeling more grounded, more mobile, and more confident in your lower body.
