
Join Brandi each Wednesday morning for a 90-minute Gentle Strength yoga and meditation class designed to support both physical resilience and nervous system regulation. Held from 9:00–10:30 AM at the Grow Room, Hawaiian Sanctuary in Pāhoa, Hawai‘i, this all-levels class welcomes beginners, older adults, and anyone looking for a grounded, supportive practice. Drop-in is $10.
This slow, intentional session focuses on building strength and flexibility through mindful movement, breath, and presence. Rather than asking you to push harder, the practice encourages sustainable movement and functional stability through accessible postures, conscious alignment, traditional yoga breathwork, and bandhas. Each class begins by cultivating presence and embodied awareness, creating space to settle in before moving into a gentle strength-based flow that supports both body and mind.
The experience closes with a guided body awareness meditation, offering time for rest, integration, and deep relaxation. You can expect gentle strengthening postures, breath-led movement, increased flexibility and stability, and a greater sense of awareness through conscious practice. The class is designed to regulate the nervous system while helping you feel more steady, open, and at ease.
Brandi brings years of experience in restorative and mindful yoga, teaching with warmth, clarity, and care. Her approach meets each student where they are, inviting a slower rhythm that nurtures resilience, balance, and inner calm. Mats and props are available, and drop-ins are always welcome.
