
It is a dynamic practice that combines movement with breath. Vinyasa practice is always unique and different every time. During the practice we explore new sensations, improve our flexibility, test our balance, strengthen our muscles and seek to know our bodies more through movement. We always end the practice with a deeply relaxing shavasana.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow is ideal for beginners (level 1) and advanced practitioners (level 2).
