John Henderson brings nearly 30 years of study in Buddhist philosophy and meditation practice to his teaching. Since 2003, he has been a senior student of the Dharmakaya Center’s founder, Rimay master Trungram Gyalwa Rinpoche.
Alongside his spiritual path, John has also applied these teachings in his professional life as a serial entrepreneur, with leadership experience in both healthcare and real estate, as well as in board service for numerous not-for-profit organizations in the Northeast. He has taught at the Center since its opening in 2017, leading dozens of programs in person and online, and offering individual meditation guidance to retreatants and volunteers.
