Peter Wrycza, PhD
Peter is the founder of the Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness. Over the past four decades, he has worked internationally as a trainer, consultant, and coach with organizations and individuals. He is highly experienced in group facilitation, as well as one-to-one coaching and counselling, and has been a meditation guide for nearly 50 years. His background also includes extensive training in NLP, Person Centred Expressive Therapy, and other expressive approaches.
He has led retreats at Nirarta since the 1990s and is the author or co-author of several personal development books, including Living Awareness: Awakening to the Roots of Learning and Perception, Moksha: A New Way of Life, Living in the Spirit, and When Performance Meets Alignment: A Compass for Coaching and Mentoring.
Peter is also the developer of Conversations on the Edge of Silence and the holistic Re•Patterning process, both created to support deep growth and transformation in individuals, couples, groups, and communities.
