The resonant sounds of Tibetan instruments — including drums, bells, gongs, singing bowls, cymbals, horns, and conch shell — fill the space with a deeply restorative vibration, creating a field of healing medicine. TSA LUNG breathwork helps open the channels and awaken the body’s energy, while mantras and prayers invite greater awareness, expanded consciousness, and a profound sense of peace.
At the close of this transcendent ritual, a silent meditation supports deep relaxation and gentle integration.
Lama Lobsang Palden is an incarnate lama born in eastern Tibet. He studied Buddhist philosophy and practice in depth at Tashi Kyil Monastery, a Gelugpa monastery in Amdo, Tibet. He also trained in Yantra Yoga and Tibetan massage with Tibetan doctor Rinzen Geshe Nyima, and carries intuitive healing gifts passed down from his grandfather, who was also a healing lama. As a Ngakpa lama, he received the required initiations at Lhabrang Monastery and is a healing practitioner who personally received the blessing and encouragement of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to continue this work. After leaving Tibet at age 18, he lived for 10 years at Tashi Kyil Monastery in Dehra Dun, India, and has received many teachings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and other Tibetan masters, including His Holiness Sakya Trizin. He has shared his knowledge around the world and now resides in Oak Brook, IL.
