Three week retreat led by Sayalay Bhada Manika

Venerable Sayalay Daw Badha Manika is a resident teacher at the Panditarama International Meditation Centre in Lumbini, Nepal, and this marks the first retreat she has led at BMIMC. Known for her excellent English, she offers participants the opportunity to study and practice with clarity, warmth, and deep experience in a peaceful retreat setting.
