Where? When?
This retreat will take place in a beautiful, magical house surrounded by nature in Salinas (Archidona), just 45 minutes from Málaga. It is the home of María and Josh, dear friends whom we admire for their outlook on life, their courage, and their determination to pursue dreams and bring projects to life. The gathering will be on Sunday 30 May, from 10:00 to 19:30.
Why?
Because we believe it is essential to reconnect with our bodies, our emotions, nature, and one another. And, quite simply, because we really feel like it!
What will we do there?
María will welcome us warmly and begin with introductions. Then Mónica will lead a yoga class designed to connect us with curiosity, creativity, and openness to the present moment. Cristiana will follow with an energising active meditation to release and let go of anything weighing us down or holding us back. After a break for an organic lunch and a walk around the property, we will meet María and Josh’s kittens. Finally, Francis will offer a massage and assisted stretching workshop.
How much does it cost?
The price is 50 euros, including the organic lunch.
