The Reset is a seven-day retreat set in the heart of Nosara, Costa Rica, created for anyone who has been running on empty for too long. Designed as a space to pause, breathe, and step away from daily demands, it offers the kind of environment where true restoration can begin.
During this retreat, guests can expect time to reconnect with themselves in a peaceful setting surrounded by the natural beauty of Costa Rica. The experience is intended to support a return to balance, helping participants feel more grounded, mentally clear, and deeply restored by the end of their stay.
Whether you are seeking space to unwind, reset your rhythm, or simply slow down in a nourishing atmosphere, this retreat provides an ideal opportunity to step back, recharge, and return home with a renewed sense of ease.

Set among the grounds, these private thatched-roof bungalows are designed to sit naturally within the landscape. Their blend of contemporary design and tropical details creates a space that feels both intimate and open, inviting deep rest and relaxation.
Built with sustainable materials such as wood, stone, bamboo, and more, the bungalows reflect a mindful connection to the environment while supporting a sense of calm and overall well-being. Each room includes a private entrance and a secluded outdoor seating area framed by tropical palm trees.
Inside, guests can unwind in a comfortable king-size or twin-size bed dressed with high-quality linens and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. The Barefoot Bungalow can accommodate up to four people, while the other rooms are ideal for one or two guests.
All rooms include hot water, air conditioning, biodegradable bath products, a small refrigerator, and a safe for valuables. Though tucked away for privacy, the cabanas are just steps from the lagoon-style pool with waterfall and bar area, the covered Movement sanctuary, and the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean.
