Set in the Spanish Pyrenees, this retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world. As Rumi reminds us, dawn carries its own quiet wisdom, and in the mountains there is space to listen. When thoughts feel heavy, emotions run high, or fear and limiting beliefs begin to drain your energy, the wilderness offers a gentle return to peace.
Here, the rhythm of the river, the warmth of the wind, the scent of the forest, and the shifting colors of sunset create a setting that naturally supports stillness and renewal. Surrounded by wild nature, you are reminded of your own freedom.
During these days in the mountains, you will cultivate well-being through yoga, pranayama breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices. You will also enjoy meditative walks and forest bathing in Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, along with the balance of shared silence and mindful conversation in the company of like-minded people.
This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of age, physical condition, or level of practice. The practices are designed to be accessible and welcoming for all bodies and all experience levels.

Yoga asana classes are suitable for all levels and combine elements of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and movement. There is one class each day, with progressive sessions offering variations for different abilities and individual limitations. On the day of the long hike in Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, the group returns to the house for a gentle Yin Yoga session followed by guided deep relaxation.
Meditative walks and longer hikes are an essential part of the retreat and are easy and accessible for everyone. They help deepen our connection with nature through direct experience, reminding us with every step and breath that inner and outer energy are one. Two 2-3 hour meditative walks will open the senses and support mindfulness through forest bathing and creative activities. One day is dedicated to a half-day meditative hike, with departure after breakfast and return for a gentle yoga class.
Daily morning meditation offers a simple, grounding way to begin the day. The techniques are easy to continue at home and use universal points of focus such as posture, breathing, bodily sensations, and sound. Satsang, meaning truth and community, is a shared space for questions, reflections, meditation, contemplation of nature, and meditative songs or mantras.
From the end of Satsang or lazy time until after lunch the following day, the retreat follows a joyful silence that supports rest, clarity, and deeper listening. Breakfast and lunch are enjoyed in silence as mindful eating, while afternoons include mindful speaking and deeper connection. No internet is provided, and guests are asked to switch off mobile phones and electronic devices on arrival to fully embrace a digital detox.
The tea ceremony is a quiet moment to connect with nature, with yourself, and with the group. Tea is honored as a medicinal plant and as a reminder that separation from nature is not real.
Creative activities throughout the week are inspired by nature and self-connection. Through dance, painting, writing, and other proposals, participants are invited to feel, explore, and awaken their creativity. The focus is on process, presence, and self-discovery rather than results.
The retreat closes with a Tea Ceremony, a closing circle, and brunch at 11:30 am. Departure is usually between 12:30 and 13:00.
The retreat begins on Tuesday, August 4th, with check-in from 15:30 to 16:30, followed by a yoga introduction, dinner, and the opening of the retreat. It ends on Sunday, August 9th at 12:30, after brunch.
