As co-director of Casa Cuadrau, Dani brings together a rare blend of yoga teaching, meditation, mountain guiding, and ecological building. His path has been shaped by a lifelong connection to the mountains, first awakened in childhood and later deepened in the Pyrenees and the Himalayas, where hiking became for him a moving meditation and a profound way to connect with nature.
He completed his yoga teacher training with Bharat Shetty (RYT 500), and his meditation practice is grounded in Buddhist teachings, with inspiration from Thich Nhat Hanh’s Zen approach and S.N. Goenka’s Vipassana tradition. Dani is passionate about sharing the wisdom he receives from nature through deep listening, meditative walks, and meaningful experiences for both children and adults.
At present, he leads free yoga, mindfulness, and art sessions for children at the Ainsa Cultural Center, offering a gentle and creative space for exploration, presence, and connection.
