As co-director of Casa Cuadrau, Katya Ríos has embraced yoga as a way of life and a steady path of self-exploration. Her journey has deepened her connection to nature, inspiring her to keep learning from it and stay in harmony with its rhythms. With 17 years of experience, she completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the International Yoga Sivananda Vedanta Organization, followed by another 500-hour training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Therapeutic Yoga with Bharath Shetty in Mysore, India.
Katya is also deeply committed to meditation and mindfulness, and she holds a postgraduate degree in Mindfulness for Children and Teens from the University of Barcelona and Wake Up Schools Association. Today, she leads yoga, mindfulness, and art sessions for children at the Aínsa Cultural Center as part of a free program, sharing practices that encourage presence, creativity, and a more conscious way of living.
