Your training experience includes Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour training, 25 nights of nature-based accommodation, daily yoga, meditation and philosophy classes, small-group learning with personal guidance, a comprehensive TTC manual and course materials, three daily vegetarian buffet meals, morning silence and mindfulness practices, multi-style yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, meditation facilitation and teaching skills, plus a supportive community and immersive environment.
Example daily schedule: 6:30 meditation; 7:00–9:00 morning yoga practice; 9:00–10:30 breakfast; 10:45–12:45 pose clinics, teaching methodology, and teaching practice; 12:45–1:30 meditation; 1:30–2:30 lunch; 2:45–5:00 theory, philosophy, and anatomy; 5:00–6:15 evening yoga practice; 6:15–7:00 meditation/teaching practicum; 7:00 dinner; 8:00 evening discourse, relaxation, twice-weekly educational film; Sunday rest, excursion, activity, or self-study.
