“Happiness is not something to pursue, but something to create from within — a spark of growth and mindfulness at the heart of Mago’s retreats.”
Thank you for your interest in Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat, a non-denominational nonprofit set on 173 acres in Arizona’s breathtaking Red Rock region. This transformative retreat blends ancient wisdom with modern methods to support healing, spiritual growth, and physical restoration, while encouraging a deeper bond with nature and humanity.
Over four days and three nights, you will explore the practice of being fully present, experiencing each moment with greater clarity through meditation. As your practice deepens, you will be guided to awaken your inner power centers as a pathway toward healing and renewal.
Throughout the retreat, you will learn how to quiet the mind, breathe more deeply, and release tension. Mindfulness practices will help reduce stress and support a calmer, more balanced state of mind.
Relax in one of the peaceful casita suites, thoughtfully designed for comfort and rest. Each suite is fully furnished, includes private bathrooms and personal care items, and provides everything you need to feel at ease. The spacious accommodations welcome at least two guests, making it possible to enjoy your Sedona retreat alone or with a companion.
All accommodations include towels, bath products, bed linens, and hairdryers. Additional essentials and supplies may be purchased in the Mago Gift Shop.
Guest WiFi is available in the rooms, though the signal is stronger in the Welcome Center. Please note that the accommodations do not include televisions, alarm clocks, or telephones.
Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat is committed to helping transform lives, and a small donation of $10 or $20 can help support that mission for others.

Han Myung
Han Myung is a Tao Master and spiritual healer who has spent nearly 20 years offering energy training, teaching meditation, and helping others on their healing journey. She began studying Tao principles and practicing healing methods on herself after an ice-skating injury left her with a severe herniated disk. During that process, her body healed and her soul awakened, revealing to her that everyone carries the seed of soul and divinity within. Today, she devotes her life to helping that seed grow and flourish in everyone she meets.
