It is one of three nearly identical one-bedroom stone villas on the property, alongside Wellbeing Villa and Zen Villa, the latter being a larger two-level villa with 120 sqm of space and three spacious balconies/terraces.

Available for bookings all year round, Wellness Villa offers a refined holiday stay with pool access and ultra-fast WiFi. Designed for 1-4 guests, it combines chic interiors, full comfort, and a close connection to nature. The resort is fully fenced and gated, and all guests enjoy access to the swimming pool, massage pavilion, free sauna, yoga studio, Zen Garden, and a wide range of wellness activities for deep relaxation throughout the year. Digital nomads and remote workers are especially welcome, with reduced special rates for stays longer than 7 nights from October through the end of March.

Located in the mountain village of Asprogerakata, the villa is surrounded by lush scenery and within a short drive of Lefkada’s famous west coast beaches, including Kathisma, Agios Nikitas, and Pefkoulia, as well as Karia, the island’s most traditional village, and Lefkada Town, the capital.

Zen Villa is a spacious two-level stone holiday home in the mountain village of Asprogerakata on Lefkada Island, Greece. At 120 sqm (1,300 sq ft), it is the largest villa in the Apanema Mindfulness Resort complex, combining rustic character with contemporary comfort, chic design, and fully equipped amenities. Designed for 1–2 guests, it is especially well suited for couples.

The sleeping area is located on the second floor, where the master bedroom includes an ensuite shower bathroom. This level also opens onto a generous terrace with loungers, plus a rear balcony overlooking a green plot with no nearby buildings. On the first floor, an open-plan living and kitchen area leads directly to a large terrace with a dining table and views toward the pool and green valley. A separate bathroom with toilet only is also located in the living room.

Outdoor living is one of the villa’s highlights, with a dining terrace accessible from the main living area, a balcony, and a second large terrace with loungers connected to the master bedroom. The grounds are fenced and secure, and access is reserved exclusively for guests of the four villas.

Designed for year-round stays, each floor is air-conditioned during the summer months, while winter comfort is supported by radiators and a heater within the fireplace. Hot water and winter heating are supplied by modern, no-emission heat pumps on the property. Built to the highest standard, the villas feature 22-inch (55 centimeter) thick natural stone walls and wooden roof ceilings, offering non-synthetic insulation for cool summer days and warm winter nights. Solar panels, together with zero-emission heat pumps, provide all hot water needs in the most environmentally friendly way.
