El Cielo is located on the shore of Lake Arenal in northwest Costa Rica. At a mid-elevation setting, the climate is mild and gentle, creating an ideal backdrop for enjoying the manicured tropical gardens.
Daily therapeutic group sessions, yoga, holotropic breathwork, and meditation are part of the experience, along with walks by the lake and three meals a day of vibrant, locally sourced cuisine.
Summer is especially powerful for couples and families.
100 Days to Freedom includes a week-long intensive and a 3-month integration program with online circles and shared group coaching sessions.
