El Cielo is located on the shores of Lake Arenal in northwest Costa Rica. At this mid-elevation setting, the climate is mild and gentle, ideal for enjoying the manicured tropical gardens.
Days include therapeutic group sessions, yoga, holotropic breathwork, and meditation, along with walks by the lake and three nourishing meals daily featuring vibrant, locally sourced cuisine.
