Sound Therapy Treatment

Discover a deeply restorative way to support health and vitality through sound and vibration.

Individual sound therapy treatment description:

Sound therapy offers a profoundly calming and balancing experience, often recommended for a wide range of physical discomforts as well as emotional and psychological concerns. A standard session lasts about 75 minutes, with 45–50 minutes devoted entirely to sound. During the treatment, sound healing instruments are used both on the body and around it, working through the subtle energy field and energy centres, or chakras.

How can Sound Therapy help me?

Sound healing therapy is designed to help restore balance to the body’s natural rhythms and processes, supporting healthy endocrine function and encouraging the release of beneficial healing hormones such as endorphins and serotonin. It may also stimulate other natural compounds, including nitric oxide, which is important for overall health and vitality. Osteophonic treatments with tuning forks can be especially helpful for improving flexibility and movement in joints, ligaments, fascia, and the nervous system, as well as for supporting conditions associated with pain or degeneration such as fibromyalgia, muscular dystrophy, and others.

What can I expect in a Sound Therapy treatment?

Expect a very deep state of relaxation and a strong feeling of being held and supported within a safe space of soothing, harmonising sound. The session may include tuning forks, singing bowls, including Tibetan and quartz crystal bowls, and the Monochord Sound Treatment Bed. These instruments may be played near the body or placed directly on it. Tuning forks can also be applied to reflex points, joints, meridian points, and around the chakras and biofield for bioenergetic tuning.
