ABOUT:
Himalayan singing bowls have been used for centuries in Tibet, India, and Nepal for healing and meditation. Their layered tones are believed to help restore natural vibratory balance across the body, mind, and spirit. The sound frequencies may support deep relaxation, encourage theta brainwave states, and create a sense of clarity, peace, and heightened intuition. Their vibrations also work with the nervous system, helping to calm stress responses and ease pain-related tension.
This training is designed to help participants learn how to work professionally with singing bowl sound therapy and offer sessions using sound and vibration. Along with comprehensive course materials and theory, students receive plenty of hands-on practice to build confidence in guiding others into deep relaxation. No prior experience is required beyond the willingness to learn simple methods using singing bowls and other instruments. The course is suitable both for complete beginners and for those who already have experience with singing bowls. After completing the program, graduates will have the skills to practice singing bowl sound therapy professionally and receive a certificate.
