There are moments when stepping away from everyday noise feels less like a luxury and more like a necessity. This retreat creates that space: a calm, supportive environment where you can pause, breathe, reconnect, and spend time more consciously with yourself.
Set in the beautiful Sco Ruston Hall in Norfolk, the weekend weaves together meditation, sound, reflection, healing practices, drumming, nature, and shared experiences. The focus is not on becoming someone new, but on making room to listen more deeply, reconnect with your intuition, and return home feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
Whether you already have experience with spiritual development or simply feel called to take meaningful time out for yourself, you are warmly welcome.
A Carefully Held Weekend
This is an intentionally small and personal retreat, designed to allow genuine connection, reflection, and support throughout the weekend. Alongside the group sessions, there will also be time to rest, walk in the surroundings, enjoy conversation, or quietly absorb the atmosphere at your own pace.
Many guests arrive feeling mentally busy, emotionally tired, or disconnected from themselves, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, more settled, and better able to move forward with clarity and perspective.
What the Weekend Includes
Everything is offered in a grounded, welcoming way, so you can engage with the retreat in the way that feels right for you. No previous experience is needed.
The Experience
One of the greatest gifts of a retreat is the chance to step away from daily responsibilities for a while. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, nourishing food, supportive people, and space to slow down without pressure, the weekend invites ease and presence.
The atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and supportive rather than intense or overwhelming. There is time to laugh, reflect, rest, connect, and simply be.
Your Hosts
The retreat is hosted by Julie Turner-Adkin of Healing Possibilities alongside Jae Hewitt of Intuitive 5D Healing. Together, they bring many years of experience in healing, spiritual development, teaching, sound work, and holding supportive group spaces.
