Solo wellness retreats are available with fully tailored programs ranging from 3 to 14 days.
The purpose of a solo retreat is to create space for self-reflection, deeper awareness, and personal growth. Here, Narbuli supports you in stepping away from everyday tasks, routines, and schedules so you can fully disconnect from the outside world and turn your attention inward. The experience is designed to help you find calm, restore balance, and listen more closely to your inner self.
Time in nature is an essential part of the experience. Fresh air, restful sleep, and unhurried walks all contribute to a sense of renewal and help you recover from the pace of daily life. Your stay can also be personalized through archetypal rooms and practices selected specifically for your needs.
Your journey begins with a 30–50 minute interview, during which your current challenges and priorities are discussed in order to determine the most suitable archetypal room for you. Upon arrival, you will receive a detailed guide to exercises and self-work practices, with some of them supported by an audio guide.
Throughout your retreat, you will have ample free time to complete your chosen practices and enjoy leisure activities such as walking, reading, swimming, cycling, or simply resting. For those who wish, it is also possible to schedule intensive personal sessions with Narbuli’s specialists via video call.
At the end of the retreat, you will meet again with the same specialist to review your results and discuss how to bring them into everyday life.
Narbuli Retreat House features nine rooms, each uniquely designed around one of eight Jungian archetypes. These spaces are created to evoke a distinct emotional atmosphere and immerse you in the energy of a particular archetype. By engaging with these archetypes, you can broaden your perspective, strengthen self-understanding, and support more fulfilling decision-making.
To deepen the experience, individual support is available upon request. You may work daily for one hour with a Narbuli Retreat House specialist via Zoom, using psychosynthetic methods and coaching to help you make the most of your retreat.
For adults living in modern society, taking time to detoxify both body and mind is especially valuable. A few days in silence, sleeping in complete darkness behind blackout curtains, and waking naturally without an alarm clock can bring meaningful benefits.
Narbuli Retreat House combines relaxation, urban comfort, and a touch of hedonism. Guests may gather by the fireplace, enjoy the sauna, or even skinny dip in the lake during summer. The importance of solitude for busy people is widely recognized, and many studies highlight its significance for mental health.
Meals are not included in the retreat price, but several options are available:

This room is made for guests who want to feel safe, lighthearted, and completely at ease. It offers a cozy place to rest, recharge, and gently set worries aside. The idea is simple: to create a warm, secure atmosphere where you can relax without pressure.
At the center of the space is a distinctive house-shaped bed, measuring 220 x 120 cm. Its snug design helps even taller guests feel comfortably tucked in. With soft walls and nearby lighting, it is ideal for reading, daydreaming, or settling in with a favorite teddy bear.
The room also includes a dollhouse, inviting you to step into your imagination and build a miniature world of your own. Figurines and two bottomless boxes with matching furniture and utensils add plenty of room for creative play. The space encourages a childlike sense of freedom, as if you are building your own home exactly the way you want it.
Enjoy quiet time, simple activities, and an atmosphere where no one will disturb you. Please note that only one other person may be in the house with you at the same time, on a different floor.
