Essential Oil & Aromatherapy Workshop: Awaken your senses and explore nature’s approach to healing and opening. Learn how these essences can be used and how they may affect the physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological body. Blend and mix to your heart’s content, creating your own favorite scents for your personal tincture.
Cacao Ceremony: Guided by the transformative energy of cacao, the sacred plant medicine honored by the Maya, we open the heart and ground ourselves in prayerful intention. From this sacred space, we move into a ritual of movement, embodying connection and flow.
Embodied Somatic Connection: A movement practice created to bring us out of the mind and into the currents of sensation in the body. In relation to self and others, this practice opens the doorway to present-moment awareness, deeper understanding of emotion, and the reclaiming of connection and sensuality through expression, reflection, and integration.
Creative Contemplative Meditation: A workshop where we discover and express the beauty within through different writing practices. It awakens creative force, explores the subconscious layers of being, and invites us to communicate with and expand our perception of the outer world through the inner process of creation.

Kayaks – venture into the sea with double or single kayaks to discover caves and more secluded beaches.
Snorkeling – discover what lies beneath the surface and meet local fish, or try shell diving; snorkels and goggles are available.
Illoulida – walk down to the ancient capital, Ioulida, during sunset hours to explore beautiful architecture and small shops with clothing, ceramics, and local produce.
Island boat trip – sail around the island on calm waters to uncover hidden corners that can only be experienced by boat.
Hikes – the island is full of ancient trails crossing farmlands and forests, climbing green hills, or leading to secret shores with ruins from the 12th century BC.
Kastriani monastery – drive up the winding cliffs of the island’s northern peak to the breathtaking blue-and-white Greek Orthodox monastery overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Winery – enjoy a picnic among the grape leaves of the retreat’s vineyard while sipping locally grown wine.
Arts and crafts – use the art supplies on the shelf and let your creativity flow.
Music and instruments – strum the guitar or play the Tibetan bowls to the intoxicating sounds of nature.
Relax – unwind with a book on the outdoor beanbags, hammocks, or couches, or walk a few more steps to the beach and soak up the sun.
