Spend a meaningful second week with Tawni Tidwell and Tulku Migmar Tsering as the SISI program turns its focus to Tibetan Medicine and the Science of Wellbeing. From June 24 to 28, 2026, participants are invited into an immersive experience that blends holistic learning with daily practice, reflection, and a sense of shared purpose.
This program requires a six-week commitment, creating space for steady engagement and deeper integration over time. Each day includes simple but powerful practices, including a “sit spot” in nature, encouraging participants to pause, observe, and develop a more grounded connection with the natural world.
Held at Samye Hermitage, the experience takes place within a living community where practice, shared work, and common space are part of everyday life. The setting offers a balance of practicality and contemplation, supporting connection, learning, and personal wellbeing in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
