Seven Days Buddhist Monastery Trekking Meditation Yoga Retreat

This retreat is inspired by Hindu and Buddhist ideals, offering a meaningful journey for those seeking deeper connection through yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice. Hundreds of yoga practitioners have experienced positive change through this program, which introduces the philosophy of yoga and Buddhism in an authentic and immersive way. It is a rare opportunity to spend time with Buddhist nuns and take part in their rituals. You will stay four nights at the renowned Buddhist nun monastery inside Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. Osho Divine Zone brings together a spiritual city tour and a residential monastery retreat, inviting you to explore and practice the traditional culture of Nepalese Hinduism and Buddhism.

The Program Schedule:

Day 1:
Arrival day – check in at Osho Divine Zone Ashram
Program activities and briefing, evening meditation

Day 2:
07:00 am - 09:30 am Yoga & Meditation
10:00 am Breakfast
11:30 am - 04:30 pm Spiritual city tour (lunch during the tour)
05:30 pm Meditation
06:30 pm Evening Meditation
08:00 pm Dinner

Day 3:
After breakfast, drive to the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park gate in Budhanilkantha. Enjoy an approximately 80-minute hike to Nagi Gumba. Welcome to the monastery check-in, followed by lunch, a spiritual talk, candle offering in the monastery, and participation in monastery puja. After tea break, continue with meditation. Dinner is followed by Kora practice, then meditation and rest, lights off.

Day 4:
Wake up at 5:00 am.
5:30 am - Take part in monastery puja.
6:30 am - Detox.
7:00 am - Neti practice.
7:15 am - Dynamic bhastrika.
7:30 am - Hatha yoga practice.
9:00 am - Breakfast.
11:00 am - Dhamma talk.
1:00 pm - Lunch.
2:00 pm - Karma yoga.
4:00 pm - Attain puja.
5:30 pm - Meditation.
7:00 pm - Dinner.
8:00 pm - Kora.
8:30 pm - Meditation.
9:00 pm - Rest / lights off.

Day 5:

10:30 am - Hike to Shivapuri Peak
