Peter Wrycza, PhD
Peter is the founder of the Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness. Over the past four decades, he has worked internationally as a trainer, consultant, and coach with both organizations and individuals. He is experienced in group facilitation as well as one-to-one coaching and counselling, and has been a meditation guide for almost 50 years. His background also includes extensive training in NLP, Person Centred Expressive Therapy, and other forms of expressive work. He has been leading retreats at Nirarta since the centre began in the 1990s.
He has also authored and co-authored several books on personal development, including Living Awareness: Awakening to the Roots of Learning and Perception, Moksha: A New Way of Life (with Prof. Luh Ketut Suryani), Living in the Spirit (with Prof. Luh Ketut Suryani), and When Performance Meets Alignment: A Compass for Coaching and Mentoring (with Jan Ardui).
As a facilitator of deep transformation and awakening, Peter developed Conversations on the Edge of Silence, a process that supports growth in individuals, couples, groups, and communities through Generative Dialogue, alongside the holistic Re•Patterning process.

Day 1
Arrival in the afternoon. Personal administration. Phase 1 – Pre-Silence – Breathing In.
Days 2 & 3
Traditional Balinese cleansing blessing to open the retreat. Brief orientation meeting. Two days of preparation and reflection to crystallize your focus. Phase 2 – Silence – Between Breaths.
Day 4
Two nights and one full day of silence and seclusion to settle into the heart of the matter. Phase 3 – Post-Silence – Breathing Out.
Days 5 & 6
Reflection, integration, and orientation toward next steps.
Day 7
Traditional Balinese cleansing blessing to close the retreat. Mid-morning departure.
