Second Degree Reiki

After completing First Degree Reiki, participants can continue into Second Degree Reiki, a more advanced training and healing process. Over three nights and four days, you will be introduced to different Reiki symbols and mantras. This level is designed to help intensify the flow of energy, support mental and emotional healing, and allow Reiki to be sent across time and distance.

Schedule:

1st Day:

• Before 03:30 pm - Check-in, welcome tea, and briefing
• 03:30-05:30 pm - Reiki class
• 05:30-06:00 pm - Herbal tea time
• 06:00-07:00 pm - Dhyana yog (Meditation)
• 07:00-08:00 pm - Dinner time
• 08:00-09:00 pm - Satsang and celebration
• 09:00 pm - Bed time (lights off)

2nd and 3rd Day:

• 07:00-07:30 am - Wake up, yogic cleanse, herbal tea
• 07:30-09:00 am - Prayer, warm-up, yogasana
• 09:00-10:00 am - Breakfast time
• 10:00-01:00 pm - Therapy / shower / internet / cooking
• 01:00-02:00 pm - Lunch time
• 02:00-03:00 pm - Relaxation yog-nidra
• 03:30-05:30 pm - Reiki Deeksha and practice
• 05:30-06:00 pm - Herbal tea time
• 06:00-07:00 pm - Dhyana yog (Meditation)
• 07:00-08:00 pm - Dinner time
• 08:00-09:00 pm - Satsang and celebration
• 09:00 pm - Bed time (lights off)

4th Day:

• 07:00-07:30 am - Wake up, yogic cleanse, herbal tea
• 07:30-09:00 am - Prayer, warm-up, yogasana
• 09:30-10:00 am - Reiki practice
• 10:00-10:30 am - Breakfast time
• 10:30-12:00 am - Shower / packed
• 12:00 pm - Check-out time
