After completing First Degree Reiki, participants can continue into Second Degree Reiki, a more advanced training and healing process. Over three nights and four days, you will be introduced to different Reiki symbols and mantras. This level is designed to help intensify the flow of energy, support mental and emotional healing, and allow Reiki to be sent across time and distance.

- 06:00-07:00 pm - Dhyana yog (Meditation)

2nd and 3rd Day:
- 07:00-07:30 am - Wake up, yogic cleanse, herbal tea
- 07:30-09:00 am - Prayer, warm-up, yogasana
- 09:00-10:00 am - Breakfast time
- 10:00-01:00 pm - Therapy / shower / internet / cooking
- 01:00-02:00 pm - Lunch time
- 02:00-03:00 pm - Relaxation yog-nidra
- 03:30-05:30 pm - Reiki Deeksha and practice
- 05:30-06:00 pm - Herbal tea time
- 06:00-07:00 pm - Dhyana yog (Meditation)

4th Day:
