Sacral Chakra - Half day retreat 9 am - 1 pm Saturday 28th May

Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat dedicated to the Sacral Chakra, the second main chakra in the body. This morning experience offers an opportunity to explore the colours, scents, and sounds associated with this energy center, while creating space to rebalance and reconnect both body and mind.

The Sacral Chakra is closely linked with emotion, pleasure, and creative energy — the qualities that help you feel more fully alive and connected to who you are. Through this retreat, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and enjoy a gentle reset in a supportive setting.

Refreshments and a snack are included. When conditions allow, most of the retreat will take place outdoors, so please wear suitable clothing. If the weather is not appropriate, the retreat will continue indoors.
