Experience a 4-day Prana Vinyasa immersion with Shiva Rea, accompanied by live music from Visvambhar Sheth, from 6–9 June 2026. This special gathering brings together yoga, meditation, music, and collective flow in a deeply embodied exploration of rhythm and movement.
Join Shiva Rea for a 26-hour immersion into the roots of vinyasa, the science of flow, and the power of movement meditation. Designed for yoga teachers and practitioners of all levels, this intensive offers a rich and dynamic study of how rhythm shapes both practice and daily life.
In Prana Flow, vinyasa becomes more than a sequence of poses: it is a wave, a rhythmic way of living, and a pathway to greater flow in body and life. Rhythmic Prana Vinyasa draws attention to the pulse of the breath and the intelligence of rhythm as central elements of practice.
Across the immersion, we will move through five transformative pathways that explore solar-lunar rhythms, elemental balance, strength, opening, and integration. Visvambhar Sheth will join as a guest teacher for several sessions, offering live kirtan and percussion rooted in bhakti and years of dedicated practice. His music adds a powerful rhythmic and heart-opening dimension, supporting a deeply immersive experience of movement and shared energy.
This intensive can be taken on its own with Shiva, or as part of the Samudra School for Living Teacher Training.
Come as you are, whether you are new to vinyasa or already teaching Prana Vinyasa. Together, we will explore tools for harnessing the healing power of rhythm for personal activation, life-teaching, and collective flow.
On the day after the intensive, Shiva offers a Prana Mandala Flow masterclass. This practice explores circular movement as a form of moving meditation, inviting a fully embodied experience of flow through space. Working with mandala-based vinyasa, it supports vitality and creative movement while linking physical practice to the rhythms of everyday life.
The masterclass can be booked separately or included as part of your weekend at a reduced rate.
