βMay the beauty of your life become more visible to you, that you may glimpse your wild divinity. May the wonders of the earth call you forth from all your small, secret prisons and set your feet free in the pastures of possibilities. May the light of dawn anoint your eyes that you may behold what a miracle a day is.β
-John O'Donohue

Activities
- Yoga and Movement Classes: These all-level sessions combine elements of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and movement. One class is offered each day, with progressive guidance and variations for different needs and limitations. On the day of the long hike in Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, the group will return for a gentle Yin Yoga session followed by guided deep relaxation.
- Meditative Hiking: Gentle walks and longer hikes are an essential part of the retreat. Accessible to everyone, they help deepen our lived connection with nature. Through silence, deep listening, forest bathing, and creative practices, we open the senses and develop mindfulness. One day includes a half-day meditative hike, leaving after breakfast and returning for a gentle yoga class, with time to enjoy Ordesa National Park and the Sobrarbe-Pyrenees UNESCO Global Geopark.
- Meditation and Satsang: Morning meditation will be practiced daily using simple, accessible techniques that can be continued at home. Satsang is a gathering to share questions, concerns, and insights, while also meditating together, contemplating nature, and singing meditative songs or mantras.
- Joyful Silence & Electronic Detox: From the end of Satsang or free time until after lunch the following day, the retreat embraces joyful silence. This quiet supports rest, clarity, and deeper listening. Breakfast and lunch are enjoyed mindfully in silence. Internet access is not provided, and guests are asked to switch off mobile phones and devices on arrival to fully enter the digital detox atmosphere.
- Art & Creativity: Throughout the week, creative activities inspired by nature and inner connection invite participants to explore dance, painting, writing, and more. The focus is on process, presence, and self-discovery rather than outcome, allowing intuition and creativity to emerge naturally.
- Tea Ceremony: A quiet moment to connect with nature, yourself, and the group. Tea is honored as a medicinal plant and as a reminder of the living dialogue between nature and humankind.
- Karma Yoga: Daily shared tasks become a mindfulness practice through full attention and care. Washing dishes, preparing vegetables, arranging blankets, or tending the garden all become opportunities to practice presence and serve the shared space together.
