Your retreat package now includes personalized support before and after your experience:

• One 50-minute 1:1 preparation session
• One 50-minute 1:1 integration session

These sessions are in addition to everything included in our 2025 programs. Once your intake has been confirmed, we will email you instructions for booking your 1:1 sessions.

Please note that this program is limited to 10 spaces. Additional participants cannot be added. If needed, please select a different program or alternate dates.

Our Private Eco-Tambos are ideal for guests seeking privacy and a more economical lodging option. These charming wooden tambos are set on a hillside in the Costa Rican tropical forest, close to the Maloca ceremonial space and shared common areas. Each one includes a private balcony and a spacious interior, while bathrooms and showers are shared. The tambos sit beneath the forest canopy and do not have air-conditioning. If you are sensitive to heat, we recommend another lodging option from February through May, when temperatures are highest.

For solo travelers who value privacy and extra space, our private single suites offer a king-size bed and sweeping views of the Gulf of Nicoya. Relax in comfort while taking in the scenery of three islands and sunrise over the water.

Our premium suite sits at the highest point on the property, with 270-degree views of the mountains, Gulf of Nicoya, and tropical forest. Offering more space than our regular private suites, it includes indoor and outdoor seating areas, as well as room for yoga and meditation to support your healing and integration. Each morning brings stunning sunrises over the Gulf, with the surrounding forest glowing gold as the day begins. Designed for singles and couples who want spaciousness and privacy, this luxury suite features a king-size bed and Soltara’s best views.

Our shared double suites provide beautiful, spacious accommodations for up to two guests of the same gender. Roommates are assigned by gender, and if two people are booking together, the Private Double Suite option should be selected to stay together. This suite includes a large balcony with views of three islands and sunrise over the Gulf of Nicoya, along with:

• An en-suite bathroom with a spacious private shower overlooking the tropical forest
• A beautiful outdoor balcony with comfortable seating and views of the forest and Gulf of Nicoya
• A writing desk and creative space
• Air-conditioning
• Orthopedic beds and luxury linens
• Handcrafted, locally sourced decor and artisanal details
• Daily room service and linen changes throughout your stay
• Fresh towels replaced regularly, with additional towels available on request
• Full laundry service on request

For friends traveling together or couples seeking privacy and space, the luxury suite offers two king-size beds and beautiful views of the valley and Gulf of Nicoya. Booking reserves the entire room, with plenty of space to unwind among the islands, water, and tropical forest. This option also includes:

• An en-suite bathroom with a spacious private shower overlooking the tropical forest
• A gorgeous outdoor balcony with comfortable seating and views of the Gulf of Nicoya and surrounding mountains
• A writing desk and creative space
• Air-conditioning
• Orthopedic beds and luxury linens
• Handcrafted, locally sourced decor and artisanal details
• Daily room service and linen changes throughout your stay
• Fresh towels replaced regularly, with additional towels available on request
• Full laundry service on request

All accommodations include meals, ceremonies, yoga and meditation classes, workshops, taxes, fees, amenities, and more, as outlined on the main retreat page.

Your retreat also includes one 50-minute 1:1 preparation session and one 50-minute 1:1 integration session with a member of our team.

If you would like to arrange additional sessions in advance, discounted options are available:

• Package of 3 Additional Sessions — 10% discount: $135 USD per session
• Package of 6 Additional Sessions — 16% discount: $125 USD per session
• One Additional Coaching Session — can be used toward a preparation or integration session

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of known medical issues identified during intake screening and deemed unsafe to combine with ayahuasca ceremony. Deposits may be transferred to future retreats according to the terms linked below.

Payments do not include the cost of plant medicine.

If you select the deposit option, a $2,500 deposit per person is required electronically to secure your space. The remaining balance is due electronically before your retreat, with the final $500 paid on arrival in USD cash. Crisp, like-new bills are preferred, as older notes are difficult to exchange. This helps support our on-site operations and is greatly appreciated when possible.

Donations are completely optional and received with gratitude. All contributions support our scholarship programs, Reciprocity Fund, and eco-initiatives, including Indigenous reciprocity, Amazon and ayahuasca support, environmental conservation, and scholarships for those ready to work with us but lacking the financial means to do so.
