In a world that often moves too quickly, this training invites you to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with body, mind, and spirit. Through a supportive and reflective approach, you will explore how restorative yoga can create space for renewal, balance, and lasting well-being.

- The 7 Bodies Method™️ and how to bring this connecting philosophy into your restorative yoga classes
- How to use props, meditation, and pranayama effectively in restorative yoga sessions
- A posture lab featuring the restorative yoga posture guide
- Restorative yoga sequencing and themes
- Powerful teaching techniques and a feedback system grounded in western psychology
This program is for
Teachers who already hold a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate.
