Together, we will explore what it means to rest in Jesus in practical ways and how that shapes our growth in discipleship.
We provide a Jesus-centered program for women who want encouragement, support, and spiritual sharpening in a Christian fellowship environment, while also enjoying the beauty and majesty of tropical Koh Samui in the safety and company of a small group of fellow travelers.
The pace is gentle and unhurried, created to bring calm to your mind, body, and soul.
This program is ideal for any woman seeking a refreshing and uplifting faith-based tropical getaway.
Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome, regardless of where they are in their Christian faith, spiritual maturity, Biblical understanding, or discipleship journey.
Optional one-on-one spiritual mentoring is available for women navigating a difficult or transitional season, dealing with ongoing stress and anxiety, seeking peace and clarity, or looking for Godly wisdom, guidance, and community.

Guests may check in at Orchid Lodge Samui anytime on or before Day 1. Please arrive in Koh Samui no later than 3:00pm so you can reach the lodge before 5:00pm. Let us know your arrival plans so airport or ferry pickup can be arranged.
If you would like extra nights before the retreat to settle in further and adjust to the time difference, you may book them at a discounted rate of 2500 Thai Baht per night, approximately $75 USD. Please share your plans so your room booking can be extended accordingly.
Day 1 includes a gentle schedule with on-site massages, poolside relaxation, and free time for rest, reading, conversation, and exploring.
We officially begin at 5:00pm with a poolside welcome dinner, followed by introductions and activities to help us get comfortable as a group.
After dinner, we will hold an evening briefing to review the week ahead.

Each retreat itinerary is thoughtfully shaped according to the group, the season, the weather, and any special events happening on the island. No two experiences are exactly alike.

Guided Bible study sessions, group prayer, and worship
Each retreat’s themes are tailored to the participants. Bible studies and discussions are adapted to the group’s spiritual maturity, Biblical familiarity, and personal circumstances.
Attendees do not need to be actively practicing Christians, and no prior Bible knowledge is required. The sessions are designed to be accessible and engaging for women at any stage of their spiritual life.
These Bible study sessions are meant for transformation, not just information, and will be interactive, conversational, and practical.
Time for praise and worship, group and individual prayer, Q&A, and sharing is also included.
Dwell with God, journal, pray, worship, and reflect on Scripture
A core part of discipleship is making time to be with the Lord in an intentional and unhurried way. In busy modern life, that daily practice can easily be rushed or overlooked.
During the retreat, you will have generous personal quiet time, however you choose to spend it.
Group outings and adventures around Koh Samui
We will take you to some of our favorite local spots, cafes, and stunning viewpoints around Koh Samui. You will experience both well-known highlights and charming hidden gems beyond the usual tourist route.
Activities include a Thai cooking class, a visit to an elephant conservation sanctuary project, a waterfall hike, night market shopping at Fisherman’s Village, a beachside fire show, a sunset dinner overlooking the water, and a private island tour in an air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver.
Massages, reading time, poolside lounging, cats, afternoon tea, and more
We are here to help you feel fully rested and relaxed during your stay at Orchid Lodge Samui.
Your retreat package includes one one-hour full-body relaxation massage with our expert, highly trained therapist. Additional treatments may be purchased for 1000 Thai Baht per hour, approximately $30 USD per hour.
Each day is intentionally unhurried, giving you time to sleep well, rest deeply, read your Bible, relax by the pool, play with the cats, or simply enjoy quiet leisure.
Final breakfast, wrap-up session, prayers, and send-off
The retreat concludes by 1:00pm on Day 8, Saturday. Guests may check out anytime in the afternoon or evening depending on onward travel plans. Please share your departure details so airport or ferry pier transfer can be arranged.
Guests who wish to stay longer at Orchid Lodge Samui after the retreat may book additional nights at a reduced nightly rate.
