Step into a restorative weekend designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself with greater clarity. This in-person retreat offers an immersive introduction to foundational Buddhist meditation practices, creating space for both personal reflection and meaningful community connection.
Throughout the weekend, participants will explore Loving Kindness (Metta), Compassion (Tonglen), and Calm Abiding (Shamata), along with relational practices known as Sangha Skills. These teachings are designed to support a deeper sense of mindfulness, emotional balance, and grounded presence, while also strengthening the way you relate to others in a shared retreat setting.
With a warm and supportive atmosphere, the experience invites you to learn, practice, and connect in a way that feels both accessible and enriching. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, this retreat offers a thoughtful path toward renewal through stillness, insight, and community.
