A nourishing week of yoga, connection, nature, and the freedom to simply be yourself. If you’d like to learn more, the team is happy to connect with you by message or during an informal Zoom call, with no obligation, so you can see whether this offering feels right for you.
From 1–7 November 2026, join this enriching yoga journey on Corfu Island, Greece, where the focus is on caring for your whole being. The retreat combines energizing yoga sessions with deeply restorative practices, creating space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. There is no need to perform or meet expectations here — you are invited to arrive exactly as you are. Mornings begin with active yoga classes designed to strengthen the body, while softer Yin Yoga sessions help release stress and quiet the mind. Mantra circles offer a chance to connect more deeply with your essence, daily yoga workshops invite you into the traditional teachings of yoga, and a sound bath provides a deeply relaxing experience.
These immersion retreats are created for those who want to explore both the deeper dimensions of yoga and their inner world. Rooted in transformation, the experience centers on a sincere connection to your innermost essence and a fuller acceptance of life.
Set against Corfu’s beautiful nature and crystal-clear water, you’ll share the experience with like-minded people from around the world while enjoying fresh, healthy meals and meaningful yoga practices. Whether you are looking for a yoga holiday or a more personal journey of self-discovery, you are welcome just as you are.
The yoga classes are gentle and thoughtfully designed to deepen your connection with the body and your inner essence. Morning sessions are active yet soft, with some classes flowing in a creative slow vinyasa style — not power yoga or gym-style training — while others take the form of a breath-led moving meditation. Evening practices focus on relaxation, restoration, and inner closeness through Yin Yoga, yoga nidra, and sound journeys. The teachings honor ancient yogic lineages and weave traditional elements into the practice.

Each retreat includes daily yoga classes and guided meditation. From dynamic Vinyasa and embodied movement to restorative Yin Yoga and quiet moments of stillness, the practices are designed to help you relax, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
Whether you are relatively new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the classes are accessible, supportive, and open to all levels.
Go beyond the mat and explore the deeper layers of the practice. Throughout the retreat, workshops and talks will cover yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and how to live yoga in everyday life.
The intention is not only to share knowledge, but also to offer practical tools and insights that support clarity, self-understanding, and inner growth.
Discover the powerful experience of mantra and sacred sound. By chanting together, we create a space that helps quiet the mind, open the heart, and deepen presence and connection.
No previous experience is required. Whether you feel moved to sing or simply prefer to listen, mantra offers a simple and profound way to connect with yourself and others.
At ineayoga, the teachings are grounded in the tradition of Non-Dual Tantra Yoga. In simple terms, this means yoga is not seen as an escape from life, but as a way to fully embrace it.
Rather than trying to become someone else or reach a perfect state, Tantra invites us to meet ourselves with awareness, compassion, and acceptance. Through movement, breath, meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry, we reconnect with the wholeness that is already here.
The approach is informed by the traditional lineages of Trika, Krama, and Sri Vidyā, while remaining accessible and relevant to modern life.
Experience Corfu beyond the retreat center. Join a guided walk through olive groves to the traditional village of Agyrades and catch a glimpse of authentic island life away from the tourist crowds.
You may also take part in a boat trip along Corfu’s beautiful west coast, with several stops for swimming, time on sandy beaches, and views of the crystal-clear Ionian Sea.
In the rhythm of the retreat, a massage offers a moment to pause and simply receive. Jenny creates a caring space where body and mind can soften, helping you release tension and settle more deeply into relaxation.
Once you arrive on site, you will have the opportunity to book a massage with Jenny.
One of the pleasures of retreating in Corfu is discovering the island itself. In your free time, you may explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Corfu, relax in local cafés, visit secluded beaches, or drive through olive-covered hills and traditional villages.
You may also choose to visit the nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, known for their crystal-clear waters, striking coastline, and relaxed island atmosphere.
Fresh homemade vegetarian and vegan meals are served throughout the retreat. Breakfast includes typical Greek specialties, along with fresh fruit salad and porridge bowls. In the evening, you will enjoy traditional Greek and international dishes prepared with plenty of goodness. Most ingredients come from local farms.
