Join Sheila Ewers in one of the world’s most pristine natural settings and learn from the earth how to honor your untamed, divine feminine spirit.
"Tell me, what is it you plan to do
With your one wild and precious life?"
– Mary Oliver
Set on Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula, this retreat takes place in one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet, home to more than half of Central America’s animal species. Largely undeveloped, wild, and beautifully unspoiled, it offers the ideal backdrop to step out of everyday expectations, relax into your natural rhythm, and reconnect with the power of being a conscious woman among women.
Over 8 days and 7 nights, you’ll wake each morning to the sounds of the jungle, swim in the calm waters of the Gulfo Dulce just steps from your room, and enjoy daily yoga and meditation. You’ll also take part in women’s circles centered on storytelling, truth telling, and self-discovery, while savoring nourishing, artfully prepared cuisine throughout the week. This is your invitation to rediscover, re-wild, and re-awaken the most precious parts of yourself.

"I recently attended Seek Yoga's Costa Rica Wild Woman retreat, Re-Wilding, and it was an absolute delight. This week long retreat was rich with heart, soul, and deep feminine wisdom. Each yoga class was beautifully themed around Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, weaving stories like Singing Over the Bones, Vasalisa, and Baba Yaga into movement, breath, and reflection. The yoga, drumming, dancing, and shared ritual alongside a community of brave, beautiful women, truly fed my soul. The Blue Osa Retreat Center is stunning: thoughtfully designed, peaceful, and beautiful with a flourishing garden throughout with gorgeous statues. The food was nutritious and delicious, the spa was exceptional with incredibly talented massage therapists, and being right on the beach made it all feel sacred and grounding. There was a mixture of relaxation and adventure where each participant could meet their needs. The offerings were extensive from hiking in the jungle, dolphin boat rides, waterfall repelling, zip-lining, sloth touring and more. Sheila's retreats are infused with authenticity, connection, and soul. If I could, I would follow her all over the world."
