This advanced yoga teacher training in Bali is designed for graduates of a 200-hour program who want to deepen their understanding of traditional yoga and grow into more confident, capable teachers. Rooted in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flow, the course is created with care and follows Yoga Alliance standards. Its purpose is to support a stronger teaching foundation while opening the door to a more refined, meaningful yoga practice.
Over the training, students explore advanced asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy and physiology, yoga therapy, teaching methodology, and practicum. The curriculum is structured to help teachers move beyond basic class instruction and into a deeper level of knowledge, sequencing, and adaptability. By the end of the program, participants are prepared to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced students with greater confidence, including those with injuries, special needs, or specific health concerns.
The course includes 24 days of classes at 9 hours per day, totaling 216 hours, plus 48 hours of self-study and 36 hours of pre-course assignments, bringing the full course duration to 300 hours. Please note that all students are required to complete the prerequisite assignment before arrival and submit it at check-in. If needed, it may be submitted within the first 10 days of the training.
Students may also join Reiki or sound healing courses for an additional cost, scheduled during free time in the day. These options are offered to further enrich the training experience and expand practical skills.
