Born and raised in Sumbawa Besar to Balinese parents who were both yoga practitioners, she grew up in a home where spiritual practice was part of everyday life. As a child, the Hare Krishna mantra was the lullaby that accompanied her to sleep, shaping the path she would later follow with deep devotion.
She spent five years immersed in the Hare Krishna movement, living in different ashrams before meeting her Guru. After that, she dedicated more than five years of volunteer service at her Guru’s ashram, where she studied Bhagavad Gita, Hatha yoga, and meditation in a traditional setting. Her commitment and passion eventually earned her a scholarship for a 200-hour yoga teacher training at S-VYASA University in Bangalore, India.
Upon returning to Bali, she began teaching yoga asanas and meditation at her Guru’s ashram and in other spaces for another five years. Since then, she has continued to share her knowledge through pranayama, yoga philosophy, and meditation, offering classes and guidance rooted in discipline, devotion, and lived experience.
