Private Sauna

Private Sauna Session

Enjoy a 2-hour private sauna experience designed for 1–2 people, with the option to request a local discount. This is a simple yet powerful way to unwind, reset, and support the body through deep sweating and grounding. It can be a meaningful addition both before and after Bufo Alvarius therapy.

Guests often choose the sauna for its wide range of wellness benefits, including:

• Supporting heart, brain, and mental health
• Helping the body recover after exercise
• Encouraging detox through perspiration
• Reducing stress
• Promoting deeper sleep
• Boosting white blood cell production
• Refreshing and cleansing the skin
• Soothing tired, achy muscles

Additional guests can join for 200 MXN per person, up to 12 people total.

For an extra boost, an ice bath is also available for 500 MXN. This optional cold therapy may help improve circulation, support immune function, burn calories, and lift your mood.

Please note the cancellation policy: kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable.
