Pilates Reformers

Description
Pilates House group training combines reformer work and mat exercises to move the body in a functional, safe and harmonious way.
Reformer trainers are among the most advanced Pilates equipment available. The resistance created by their springs allows for individual load regulation, even load distribution and joint protection. Studies show that certain exercises on a reformer activate larger muscle groups than on a mat.
The workout also includes mat exercises using a variety of tools such as large therapy balls, soft balls, rollers, Pilates rings or elastic bands. Working on unstable surfaces helps to strengthen the deep muscles of the trunk, improves coordination and helps to relieve tension in the back, especially in the lumbar region.
This workout is suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike, as the load is individually adjustable for each participant. They are ideal for those who want to:
strengthen the body and posture,
reduce back pain,
improve flexibility and body control,
restore muscle balance after sedentary work or mild injuries.
Each workout combines:
gentle warm-up,
the core reformer and the mat,
end stretches and relaxation.
It is a safe and effective movement therapy for anyone who wants to strengthen their body and develop a more sustainable relationship with their movement.
