Pilates - Karolina

Description
Pilates is a method that not only trains flexibility, mobility and all the muscles of the body, but also allows you to get to know your body. Pilates exercise takes place on mats and can use a variety of tools such as Pilates rings, Pilates rollers, resistance bands, balls, etc. The Pilates method is based on a number of important principles: concentration, control and precision of movements, correct breathing, attention to the centre of the body - the waist corset, continuous movements throughout the class, one after the other. Pilates classes can be for beginners - slow, easy, calm movements, and for advanced beginners - moderate and high intensity classes with Pilates exercises and variations. Although the Pilates method itself consists of 34 exercises, these classes are sure to keep you busy and each exercise will be different!
