Personal Practice for the FAMILY

This 90-minute session is designed for families who want more closeness, calm, and meaningful time together. The entire practice is dedicated to your group alone, while Juliana — the pioneer of aerial meditation and founder of the first therapeutic aerial yoga studio — adapts the experience to each participant’s inner state, goals, and abilities.

Gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation help release tension, deepen body awareness, and restore a sense of balance. It is a warm, shared experience centered on movement, rhythm, and strengthening connection. The practice is suitable for families with young children as well as older family members, and groups of 3–4 people can participate.

Emi, a calm and friendly therapeutic golden Labrador retriever, also joins the sessions, helping create a safe and welcoming atmosphere through her gentle presence. If any family member has allergies or feels uncomfortable around animals, this should be communicated in advance so everything can be arranged with care.
