Build your self-care toolkit through a training experience that blends learning with restorative retreat weekends and day sessions.
This is a holistic approach to yoga teacher training, designed for people who want more than a single method. The program brings together a range of wellness tools that can be woven into self-care practice and shared with future clients. Because wellbeing is never one-size-fits-all, you will learn how to adapt what you offer to suit different needs, moods, and seasons of life. The focus is on rest, reconnection, and returning to natural rhythms after digital burnout and the pressure to always be productive.

Around 30% of the total hours are dedicated to physical practice, including pranayama. The asana practice draws from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra styles, with standing, seated, backbend, and inversion work. You will also cover how to structure and modify a class, practice teaching and adjustments, and study anatomy and physiology.
With a strong emphasis on learning to teach, 40% of the course hours focus on voice use, class structure, and adapting sessions. A structured beginner course pathway is also followed.
The course explores the Eight Limbs of Yoga and how to identify these principles in daily life. Topics include the Yamas and Niyamas, such as non-violence, non-stealing, truthfulness, non-possessiveness, celibacy or fidelity, cleanliness, contentment, discipline, and self-study. You will also look at the seven chakra energy systems through workshop demonstrations that support understanding of the major areas of anatomy and physiology.
Learn how to move through fear, find your flow, and develop confidence in your strengths. The business module includes goal-setting, accountability, clarity, and practical steps for creating change. You will also explore gratitude, reflective journalling, affirmation meditations, celebration ceremonies, and marketing strategies that help you work smarter, not harder. Branding videos and photo content creation are included, along with NLP coaching, website and email audits and templates, social media, business marketing training and Q&A, written recommendations after each session, and email/text support between sessions.
Students describe the teaching as thoughtful, calm, and considered, and value the beautiful retreat setting, delicious food, and the chance to connect with others. Many also appreciate the flexibility of fitting training around other commitments, along with the opportunity to test practical skills in a supportive environment.
