New Years Hot Yoga Retreat

There is a place where coconut water still comes straight from the trees, where we can paint on the walls and leave any message we choose. A place where people still dance in the streets, live music fills the evenings, and fireworks light up the sky from our yoga room on New Year’s Eve. The sun rises over the ocean and sets behind the mangrove, and boats take us out to the Caribbean Sea. Fresh fruit is always available, and the avocados seem to last forever.

I want you to step into 2027 feeling certain it will be great, because you have prepared for it to be great. That is what this week is about: hot yoga in a high-vibe way.

The hot yoga I teach is the foundation of the retreat. We use the practice to become more comfortable in our bodies, then turn to the workshops to explore our edges. When we face money, relationship, or health challenges, they often show up somewhere in the body. Hot yoga is a powerful way to find them and work with them, so we can become the healers, creators, and change makers we want to be.
