RYK Yoga and Meditation Center is delighted to welcome Morning Sadhana to its weekly schedule of yoga classes at the yoga temple in Las Vegas.
What makes Aquarian Sadhana so meaningful is the shared practice itself. Gathering as a community for yoga and meditation deepens the experience for each individual while also strengthening collective consciousness.
If the early start gives you pause, consider this reflection: there is something quietly magnetic about rising in the ambrosial hours and meeting others who have also chosen to leave the comfort of bed, make the drive, and arrive for meditation. While the rest of the world still sleeps, the group comes together in devotional prayer, held by a subtle and uplifting energy.
Committing to Sadhana, a daily devotional practice, also begins a cleansing process. Alongside the bliss, clarity, and joy that Sadhana can bring, it also helps clear away what has collected over time. In that process, layers are released, healing deepens, and a more authentic understanding of the self emerges.
Investing in the spiritual bank account of Sadhana is considered timeless. It is said that even angels envy those who can experience it. Those who recognize its value are certain to receive its benefits in abundance.
Open to people of any tradition, the practice begins with a brief warm-up, followed by a powerful Kriya designed to awaken body awareness and specific meditations.
Join the morning Sadhana every Saturday at 5am.
“The greatest reward of doing sadhana is that the person becomes incapable of being defeated. Sadhana is a self-victory, and it is a victory over time and space. Getting up is a victory over time, and doing it is a victory over space. That is what sadhana is. And when you do a sadhana in the sangat, you enrich yourself in multiple ways.” – Yogi Bhajan
